Exchanges & Refunds

  • Exchanges and refunds are accepted for stocked items only.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
  • Special orders are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Windhoek deliveries: up to 2 working days.
  • Nationwide Namibia deliveries: up to 5 working days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on courier availability.

Payment

  • Cash on delivery is available for in‑person collection.
  • Advance payment is required for couriered orders.
  • Special orders require a 60% deposit upfront, with the balance due on collection or delivery.

Privacy & Data

  • We collect basic customer information (such as name, contact details, and delivery address) to process orders and provide service.
  • This data is stored securely and used only for order fulfilment, customer support, and service improvements.
  • We do not share customer data with third parties.
  • Customers may request to update or remove their information at any time.
